At Pathway To Better Health, we’re committed to providing high-quality healthcare that is accessible to everyone. We currently accept Medicare, MassHealth and many other insurance plans. We also accept cash payment for those who don’t have health insurance.

Gender-Affirming Hormone Therapy:
We offer a membership for patients who desire gender-affirming hormone therapy
Plan 01
$110/month
The cost of the membership is $110/month for patients newly starting on hormone therapy, less than one year treatment, or returning to HRT (after a six+ month lapse in care).The membership includes:
- Initial Consultation/Intake.
- Lab orders needed to initiate treatment.
- Prescription sent to your pharmacy of choice.
- Automatic refills.
- Quarterly check ins either in-person or virtually.
- Lab orders every 3 months as needed to remain on treatment.
- Unlimited portal access to medical team to manage any side effects or questions.
We will work with you to ensure the cost of the labs and prescription are affordable for you. We work with several labs to provide low-cost lab pricing for patients who don’t have insurance coverage.
Plan 02
$80
The cost of the membership for people established on an effective hormone therapy (on a stable dose for 1 year or longer) is $80. The membership includes:
- Initial Consultation/Intake.
- Labs orders needed to remain on treatment.
- Prescription sent to your pharmacy of choice.
- Automatic Refills.
- Follow up visit every 6 months either in person or virtually.
- Unlimited portal access to medical team to manage any side effects or questions.
We will work with you to ensure the cost of the labs and prescription are affordable for you. We work with several labs to provide low-cost pricing of labs for patients who don’t have insurance coverage.
PrEP Services:
We offer a membership for patients who desire PrEP.
Plan 01
$100/month
The cost of the membership for oral PrEP (Truvada or Descovy) is $100/month. The membership includes:
- Initial Consultation/Intake either in person or virtually.
- Lab orders needed to initiate PrEP.
- Prescription sent to your pharmacy of choice.
- Completion of prior authorization if required by insurance.
- Automatic refills.
- Quarterly check-ins with the provider in person or virtually.
- Lab orders every 3 months to remain on PrEP.
- Unlimited portal access to medical team to manage any side effects or questions.
We will work with you to ensure the cost of the labs and prescription are affordable for you. Over 95% of patients on oral PrEP have no out of pocket expense for the prescription. We work with several labs to provide low-cost lab pricing for patients who don’t have insurance coverage.
Plan 02
$120/month
The cost of the membership for injectable PrEP (Areptude/Cabotegravir) is $120/month. The membership includes:
- Initial Consultation/Intake either in person or virtually.
- Lab orders needed to initiate PrEP.
- Prescription sent to your pharmacy.
- Completion of prior authorization if required by insurance.
- Office/Injection visit at Day 1 of treatment, Day 28 and every 2 months thereafter for
injection of the medication. - Lab orders every 2 months to remain on injectable PrEP.
- Unlimited portal access to medical team to manage any side effects or questions.
We will work with you to ensure the cost of the labs and prescription are affordable for you. We work with several labs to provide low-cost lab pricing for patients who don’t have insurance coverage. If we learn your insurance plan will not cover Apretude, we can switch you to the oral PrEP membership fee schedule and refund you the difference in cost.
HIV Treatment Services:
We offer a membership service for patients in need of HIV management.
Plan 01
$80/month
The cost of the membership plan is $80/month for patients that are new to the practice or have been off antiretroviral therapy for more than 3 months. The membership includes:
- Initial Consultation/Intake.
- Lab orders needed to initiate treatment.
- Prescription sent to your pharmacy of choice.
- Completion of prior authorization if required by insurance.
- Automatic refills.
- Unlimited portal access to medical team to manage any side effects or questions.
- Follow up visit every 1-3 months depending on clinical need.
- Lab orders every 3 months as needed to remain on treatment.
We will work with you to ensure the cost of the labs and prescription are affordable for you. We work with several labs to provide low-cost pricing of labs for patients who don’t have insurance coverage. We will also work to connect you with affordable insurance coverage to help cover costs of prescriptions and labs if you so wish.
Plan 02
$60/month
For patients already established on an effective antiretroviral medication the membership plan is $60/month. The membership includes:
- Initial Consultation/Intake.
- Check-ins every 6 months or annually, either in person or virtually.
- Lab orders every 6 months as needed to remain on treatment.
- Prescription sent to your pharmacy of choice.
- Unlimited portal access to medical team to manage any side effects or questions
We will work with you to ensure the cost of the labs and prescription are affordable for you. We work with several labs to provide low-cost pricing of labs for patients who don’t have insurance coverage. We will also work to connect you with affordable insurance coverage to help cover costs of prescriptions and labs if you so wish.
Substance Use Disorder:
Plan 01
$200/month
We offer a subscription service for patients who desire medication assisted treatment for opiate and alcohol use disorder. The cost of the subscription is $200/month. The subscription includes:
- Initial Consultation/Intake.
- Lab orders needed to initiate treatment.
- Follow-up visits.
- Urine Toxicology Screen.
- Prescription sent to your pharmacy of choice.
